I’ve been coming to Wilrae for about a year now. Anyone I’ve ever spoke to over the phone, or in person has been nothing but friendly and helpful. I’ve brought many vehicles here from cars to trucks to heavy duty box trucks. I have never left here disappointed, Quick service for a reasonable price. I would like to give a shout out to Phill, I’ve dealt with him on many occasions. He’s done all our special projects on our vans and box trucks, and we are very satisfied with him. Great customer service, and all-around a great experience! I am very satisfied, I would highly recommend Wilrae to anyone.

I had a difficult time locating a place that carried my tires. VIP had them in stock and was able to get them mounted and out the door within an hour! Great service and transparent pricing. I highly recommend VIP for future service.

On Feb 13th, 2018 my husband and I were on 294 going home after landing at Midway airport. We live in Elkhart, IN and as we were traving my husband hit a big pot hole and got off of 294 and got as far as McDonalds as the rear passinger tire went completely flat and we had no spair for our 2013 Fusion, we called for tow service and it took forever to get there and in the mean time I called for the closet Goodyear dealer and got this location and asked what time they closed he said 6pm and it was already 5:35pm. When we got to the tire store it was 5:45pm and they were busy but they knew we were straned a long way from home and they worked at putting on a new tire and were very nice about staying over until it was fixed and we were able to get on our way by 6:48pm. I would like to say that the whole crew were awfully great and very pleasant to us which you don't find much these days. So our "Thanks" to the whole crew at this location, I would recomend the store to any one needing good service.

My comments are regarding this entire store and Manager Butch Young. He and his entire staff are professionals who are good at what they do and always show outstanding customer service. I am now a customer who chooses to not go anywhere else for quality service and advice, and I live an hour from their location. I tried locations closer to home and they did not measure up to the same care. Thanks for the service they are providing. I am a full time Uber Driver for the past two years and my vehicle is my livelihood. Also I am a customer service Airline Retiree and I quickly recognize good customer service.
